Repset is designed to fail open: if its local runtime is unavailable, Codex continues normally and standing, seated, and honor-mode paths remain available.

Quick checks

  1. Start a new Codex task after installing or updating Repset.
  2. Review both lifecycle hooks in /hooks.
  3. Check /mcp for the Repset tools.
  4. Use REPSET_DEMO_MODE=1 for an immediate demo nudge.

Camera help

Camera access is optional and requested only after you select it. If access is denied or pose detection is unavailable, choose standing, seated, or honor mode for equal progress.
